Founder-Led Video System: Private Brussels Studio Track

Private 1.5-day Brussels studio engagement for one executive plus comms team. Message architecture, on-camera coaching, repeatable studio kit, three finished pieces.

Overview

A private 1.5-day studio engagement for one founder or partner, message architecture, on-camera coaching, a repeatable lighting and audio kit, and three finished talking-head pieces walked out the door.

Most founders we meet have already tried showing up on camera. They batched a Saturday. They watched it back. They quietly stopped. The footage looked stiff, the lighting was off, the audio was muddy, and the message felt like a press release read aloud. So the channel stalled and the comms team went back to writing posts the founder did not really want to sign. This private track exists to fix that problem at the root. It is built for one executive, a founder, managing partner, or senior leader, plus one or two members of their internal comms team. You work directly with Mohammed Lubbad inside the Rue Delaunoy 58 studio in Brussels for a day and a half. The deliverable is not a course completion certificate. It is a working studio system you can run next month without us, and three finished talking-head pieces ready to publish. We start with message. Half of why founder video fails is a message problem dressed up as a camera problem. Before the lights come on we map your point of view, the three or four themes you can credibly own for the next twelve months, and the talking-head formats that fit your audience on LinkedIn and YouTube. You leave that first morning with a written content architecture and a shot list for the afternoon, not a generic content calendar template, but the specific pieces you will record that day. Then we move into the studio. You record three pieces under proper studio conditions: lighting that flatters an executive face without looking staged, audio that sounds expensive without sounding processed, framing that holds up in a LinkedIn feed and on a YouTube thumbnail. While we shoot, your comms team is being trained on the exact same kit, so they can replicate the setup back at your office or in a hotel suite on a travel day. We document everything, light positions, camera settings, audio gain, the lavalier placement that does not pick up a jacket rustle. The second half-day is the part nobody else teaches. We record a fourth piece with your comms team running the studio entirely on their own while we observe. We fix what breaks. We tighten the workflow until the next shoot, three weeks from now in your own office, will take ninety minutes from setup to teardown. You walk out with three finished pieces edited to your brand, a written studio playbook, a kit specification list, and a comms team that has actually run a session end-to-end with you on the chair. This is a consultative engagement, not a public course. Pricing reflects senior practitioner time, studio block, three edited deliverables, and the ongoing playbook your team will use long after we shake hands. Inquire to discuss fit, scheduling, with message architecture work delivered in English, French, or Dutch.

FAQ

Why is this a private engagement and not a public workshop?

Founder-on-camera work requires a level of candour that does not happen in a room full of strangers. We need to interview you about your point of view, watch you fail on take one, and coach you back without an audience watching. That only works one executive at a time.

Do I have to attend with my comms team?

Yes. The whole point of the engagement is the handover. If you come alone, you walk out with three good pieces and no system to repeat them. That is not what you are paying for. One or two members of your internal comms, marketing, or executive-support team is the right shape.

Can the engagement be run in French or Dutch?

Yes. Message architecture, coaching, and the playbook can be delivered in English, French, or Dutch depending on the language of your published content. Mohammed Lubbad works in all three. Tell us in the inquiry which language your audience speaks.

What if I am terrible on camera?

Most executives are on take one. That is not a reason to skip this, it is the reason to do it. The coaching is built around behavioural fixes, not 'be more confident'. By piece three on day one you will be hitting takes we can use.

How is this different from your corporate brand-video team track?

That track is for in-house marketing teams building a video function. This track is for the executive personally, you are on camera, your comms team supports you, and the deliverable is a founder-content system rather than a team workflow. Different buyer, different output.

What does the a tailored proposalactually cover?

Senior practitioner time across 1.5 studio days, the Brussels studio block at Rue Delaunoy 58, three edited and delivered talking-head pieces, the fourth piece recorded by your team on day two also edited and delivered, the written studio playbook, and the kit specification document. Travel, lodging, and kit you purchase afterwards are not included.
